Return & Refund Policy
Marco Meridian (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product. Not All Products are returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure / undecided.
All products with promotion price tag i.e CLEARANCE / OFFER/ SALE items are not refundable but exchangeable if the products are spoil, defective or wrongly despatch.
You can return purchases from Marco Meridian (M) Sdn Bhd by mail or at any of our appointed retail location, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone or or offline.
You need to first inform Marco Meridian (M) Sdn Bhd by email to marketing@firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the SHIPPED DATE of the product if you wish to return the products. You need to get approval/confirmation (via email) from Marco Meridian (M) Sdn Bhd prior to returning a product.
The returned product must be in its original packaging which is in an unopened / unused / un assembled condition. Marco Meridian will confirm with you on the returning arrangement.
You are responsible for shipping cost as well as product damage/lost during the return shipping, thus it is advisable to use insured courier shipping (PosLaju, Citylink, Fedex, DHL, etc.). You must ship and return the product to Marco Meridian within 7 days after receiving our goods return confirmation notice.Failure to do so will render the cancellation of the confirmation.
Restocking Fee: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of Marco Meridian error, a restocking fee of 10% which is the initial shipping and admin cost incurred by us regardless if it is FREE SHIPPING during the purchase, may be charged on the purchased value of the products.
For faulty or defective products found within 7 days of receiving, Marco Meridian will pay for the return shipping cost (compensated as shopping point/voucher to customer’s account with Marco Meridian). Customer must inform Marco Meridian within 7 days of receiving the product.
For products older than 7 days, customer will have to ship the product to Marco Meridian for warranty claim at his / her own cost.
NOTE: Customer must include a copy of proof of purchases (receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all return goods.

Once we receive your refund request, a refund is initiated within 3-5 business days. We will refund the full amount due to out of stock item which we are unable to be deliver to you within 14 days. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit card (visa, master), refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned items or unfulfilled orders through the payment gateway.
If you paid the purchase by Bank Transfer / Debit card (FPX), refunds will be via money bank transfer to your local bank account within 3 business days.
Products purchased from Marco Meridian online using voucher/gift card will be refunded to you as voucher/gift card by email within 3 business days.
